In mattinata, è garantita la presenza delle cariche più alte delle istituzioni europee, dalla neo-eletta presidente dell’Europarlamento Roberta Metsola, a Věra Jourová, vicepresidente della Commissione, oltre a Irene Khan dell’ONU e Teresa Ribeiro dell’OSCE.
