Donated in 2015 to Osservatorio Balcani Caucaso Transeuropa by Professor Philippe Schmitter, professor of Political Science at the European University Institute of Fiesole, it consists of around 500 books, publications and articles regarding the post-communist transition in Europe.

It is located at the Center for International Cooperation, Vicolo San Marco 1, in Trento and can be consulted by applying to: segreteria@balcanicaucaso.org.
