The project, co-financed by the Central European Initiative (CEI) and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, explores the role of civil society and youth organizations in the EU enlargement process in the Western Balkans, analyzing developments since the 2017 Trieste Forum organized within the framework of the Berlin Process.

The project is conducted in partnership by OBC Transeuropa and CeSPI.
