The aim of the project is to promote understanding of the issue and foster exchanges between actors, both Italian and from the region, in order to address the problem of human capital flight in the Balkans and ensure greater dialogue and security. Specifically, the project tackles the issue of low youth employment in the Western Balkans. This leads to a loss of human capital and increases the risk that unemployed young people may fall into forms of radicalization and violent extremism.

The project is carried out by CeSPI and OBC Transeuropa and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
